The brief
Bleecker and 6th provides executive-level financial consultancy for creative agencies, with a direct, no-nonsense approach.
Sam was starting from scratch, with no logo, no brand and no website, and an important meeting just two weeks away. She needed a brand and website that would feel credible to that audience in time for it.
What we did
We developed a bold new brand look and feel and built a sleek, authoritative website, all within two weeks.
The name gave us the starting point. Bleecker and Sixth points to Manhattan, and the New York transit signage system felt right for financial consultancy: bold, direct and unmistakable, with strong typography and no ambiguity.
Sam’s first instinct was soft pastels, but they didn’t match the direct, no-nonsense service she offers. We made the case for the transit-inspired look instead, and once Sam was on board the brand came together quickly: strong type, clean lines and confident colours.
The website follows the same logic, with a clear structure and easy navigation, built on Wix Studio so Sam can update it herself. With two weeks from first conversation to launch, we planned first and then built, with no time lost to endless revisions.

The result
The brand and website were delivered on time, so Sam went into her meeting with a professional online presence that matched the quality of her work.
The process also prompted Sam to look hard at her business: what she offers, who it’s for and how she wants to show up.
Whatever direction she takes next, she has a distinctive brand and a website she can use and update herself.
